Responsibilities:
- Administrating installations of renewable energy systems to domestic properties
- Prepare handovers, update project tracker
- Undertake general office duties filing, scanning printing architect plans.
- Keeping excel spreadsheets up to date with pipeline and job cost
-registering warranties
-Managing Project Analysis
-Answering and filtering phone calls for the installation team
-maintain a CRM system
-Updating Engineers diary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Administrator or similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in using MS office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
