Everyday brew co. Is a taproom craft beer bar, with a large range of artisinal spirits and carefully selected wines. It is a traditional wood fire neopolitan style pizza restaurant, a cafe and a coffee roastery. Set in 2000 sq. foot warehouse in the country side it is a unique venue. In four years only one review less than 5 stars and that was 4 stars has been achieved by the team. Our guiding principle with hiring is, we can train the job, but who you are as a person...that is the most important aspect to us.
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively hospitality environment, providing excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess a friendly, approachable demeanour. This position is fully paid and suitable for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy socialising.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote a safe environment and prevent over-serving
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables when necessary
- Comply with all health, safety, and food safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Good basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests in a friendly manner
- A personable attitude with a genuine interest in delivering outstanding customer service
