Groundworker / Flagger (Labouring) – Social Housing

18 Recruitment are looking for a Groundworker / Flagger to join a well-established contractor carrying out reactive and responsive repairs across social housing properties in Liverpool.
This is a hands-on role with a strong labouring element, so we're looking for someone who is happy to support the wider team while carrying out general groundwork and flagging duties. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the potential for a pay increase upon securing a permanent position.
Duties Include:
- General flagging and paving repairs.
- Lifting and relaying flags, slabs and pathways.
- General labouring duties to support the repairs team.
- Carrying out external maintenance and groundwork repairs.
- Assisting with reactive and responsive repairs on tenanted properties.
- Loading and unloading materials.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Providing excellent customer service when working in occupied homes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundwork, flagging or labouring.
- Experience working within social housing is desirable.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- CSCS Card preferred.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
