Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Worker to provide high-quality support to individuals in care homes and home care settings. Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with mobility and daily routines in accordance with care plans
- Administer medication as directed and monitor health conditions
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Drive between different care settings or clients’ homes as required
- Contribute to the development and review of personalised care plans
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all clients
Requirements
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable
- Good organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed care plans
- Proficiency in IT systems for documentation purposes
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
