We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team of our friendly customer focused business who enjoys working in a retail atmosphere. This Job is for someone who can deliver exceptional customer service with a welcoming and friendly approach and who has a desire to learn about jewellery, including products, repairs, bespoke design and valuations.
Responsibilities
- Managing point of sale processes
- Keep up to date with product information
- Providing customers with advice on products
- Maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times.
- Carry out regular silver jewellery cleaning, re-stocking and visual merchandising
- Complete any training modules to develop as a team member
Skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Developed understanding of customer service
- Professionalism when handling telephone calls
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of word and excel
- To work Individually and as part of a team with an eye to finding tasks and an attitude to do more
Job Type
Full Time - 37.5 Hours per week
Please note that the applicant must be able to work Saturdays. Saturdays off are on a rotational basis.
