We’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor

Capstone Construction Scotland Ltd are an Inverness-based construction company who specialise in new build housing projects but also complete a range of both domestic and commercial new build and refurbishment projects throughout the Highlands and Moray.
What you’ll be doing:
· Managing project costs from pre‑construction through to final account
· Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
· Working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors
· Helping drive commercial success across live and completed projects
What we’re ideally looking for:
· Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contracting environment, or an Assistant QS ready to take that next step
· Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
· Confident communicator, with a proactive mindset
· Great team player who creates positive working relationships
· Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience)
