Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Ground Worker to join our team. The successful candidates will be involved in various aspects of Groundworks
Duties
- Operating and maintaining power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Using machinery such as excavators for digging and site preparation
- Supporting construction activities on-site, including groundwork preparation
- Conducting routine maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure safety and functionality
- Ensuring the work area remains clean, safe, and organised at all times
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in Groundworks
- Drainage and landscaping, slabs / kerbs knowledge / experience
- Physical fitness to undertake manual labour tasks including lifting and digging
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- A valid PERSON (if applicable) or relevant construction safety certification is advantageous
- Previous experience in construction is required
