We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. This is a pivotal role that helps ensure projects are delivered efficiently by providing administrative support throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

Duties
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Contract Managers, the Operations Manager, and wider project teams.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of project reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
- Coordinate project documentation, ensuring information is current, accessible, and compliant with company procedures.
- Support the preparation and collation of tender submissions, supplier information, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in the creation and management of pre-construction documentation, including RAMS, PQQs, and CPPs (training provided).
- Act as a central point of contact for project-related enquiries from clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project deadlines and assist with the tracking of project milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and support general office administration as required.
Procurement Support
- Assist with the purchasing of materials and services, ensuring orders are placed accurately and on time.
- Process purchase orders, delivery notes, goods received records, and invoice queries.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors regarding pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of project orders, subcontractor information, and supplier documentation.
- Support cost tracking and provide administrative assistance for project financial reporting.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or project administration role is preferred.
- Experience within the construction, engineering, or related sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
