A HR Advisor is required,
We are looking for an experienced HR advisor to work with our management team in a fast-paced business, to assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR function, providing clerical and administrative support and maintaining records
We pride ourselves on training and developing our staff, we would like someone who can enhance what we already have in place.
As the HR advisor you will be required to.
- Have full understanding of the HR function and best practice with excellent written and verbal communication
- Be highly computer literate
- Have fantastic organisational and time management skills
- Be a strong decision maker and problem solver
- Have meticulous attention to detail
- Be able to update policies and procedures
- We work with Croner so you have full HR support
The Successful HR Advisor will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Qualified or part qualified CIPD or similar
- Strong team player with Good Knowledge of employment legislation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time however a HR Consultant advisor will be considered
