The Customer Advisor Role
As a Customer Advisor you are often the first and most regular point of contact customers have with our company so it is vital to give them a warm welcome and to make them feel valued with 5 star service.
In this busy and fast paced role, you will be offering support and guidance whenever customers visit us to get work done on their vehicle, or when they need help or advice regarding its up keep.
Our service team really are at the heart of our company and you will also work closely with all the other areas of our business liaising with Parts, Sales and Accounts on a daily basis.
Working hours are 42.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm.
About You
Previous experience of providing high standards of service in a customer facing role is required, and although experience in the Automotive Industry is also preferred it is not essential as full training will be provided both internally and through the brands we represent.
You should have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a successful blend of confidence with a warm, empathetic, approachable and professional manner.
Strong organisational skills and accuracy in all tasks is essential, whether it be in handling customer enquiries, quoting for work or invoicing, as we aim to provide 'right first time' service every time.
You must be eligible to work in the UK, live within 20 miles of Perth and have held a full driving licence at least 3 years.
