Exciting 6-Month Secondment Opportunity Team Lead, Melton CMHT
Band 7
We are delighted to offer an exciting 6-month secondment opportunity for a Team Lead within Melton Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their leadership and management skills, broaden their experience within community mental health services, and gain valuable insight into both the clinical and operational leadership of a multidisciplinary team.
The post is full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, based at Melton Hospital. We recognise the importance of work-life balance and flexible working arrangements will be considered where service needs allow.
As Team Lead, you will have a unique opportunity to balance a small clinical caseload alongside the day-to-day operational running of the team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Community Manager, and alongside the MHSOP Team Lead as we continue to develop our Neighbourhood Mental Health model as part of the ongoing transformation programme. This provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience of collaborative leadership across services and contribute to shaping the future direction of community mental health care.
Melton CMHT is a friendly, supportive and dedicated team, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality care while embracing opportunities for innovation and service development.
Whether you are looking to take your first step into a leadership role or further develop your existing management experience, this secondment offers a valuable opportunity to build your confidence, expand your skills and make a meaningful impact within community services.
Please ensure you have discussed this opportunity with and gained the support of your line manager before submitting an application.
If you would like an informal discussion or require any further information about the role, please do not hesitate to contact Stacey Bennett, Community Manager on 07443212431 or [email protected]
We look forward to hearing from you!
