An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a growing and supportive litigation team in Leeds.
We are seeking a skilled paralegal with at least 3 years’ experience in catastrophic injury, serious personal injury, clinical negligence, or complex litigation matters. The successful candidate will be confident managing a varied and challenging caseload while delivering exceptional client service and supporting high-value claims.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior solicitors on complex and high-value litigation matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of catastrophic injury, clinical negligence, and complex personal injury claims
- Assisting on high-value and complex litigation matters
- Supporting senior lawyers on serious injury claims
- Liaising with clients, insurers, solicitors, counsel, medical experts, and other professionals
- Reviewing medical records, evidence, and expert reports to assist with case strategy
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, schedules of loss, and witness statements
- Preparing matters for litigation and supporting court proceedings where required
- Providing exceptional client care throughout each stage of the claim
- Maintaining accurate case records using the firm’s case management system
- Meeting KPIs, deadlines, and compliance requirements
- Supporting the wider litigation team as required
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years’ experience in catastrophic injury, serious personal injury, clinical negligence, or complex litigation
- Experience managing your own caseload
- Experience handling complex and high-value claims is desirable
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and case progression
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- A collaborative team player with a professional attitude
- Experience using case management systems is advantageous
