Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist with various tasks to support construction projects and ensure worksites are clean and safe.
Duties:
- Perform physical labor on construction sites
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual tasks
- Help with setting up and taking down temporary structures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a laborer or similar role
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for long periods
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power equipment
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in operating machinery or equipment
- Experience in construction or related field
