We're looking for a Facility Manager to lead the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management services at the GSK Montrose pharmaceutical manufacturing site. You'll play a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations across a complex and highly regulated environment while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities:

Lead all facilities management operations across the site, ensuring safe, reliable and compliant service delivery.

Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering engineering, technical, laboratory support, cleaning, grounds maintenance, security, waste and workplace services.

Drive compliance with GMP, GxP, health and safety, environmental and regulatory requirements, supporting audits, inspections and quality initiatives.

Build strong partnerships with GSK stakeholders, providing clear performance reporting and delivering continuous improvement across services.

Manage budgets, contract performance, asset reliability and operational excellence to achieve contractual KPIs and business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:

Demonstrable Facilities Management leadership experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences or similarly regulated manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of GMP, GxP, quality management systems, statutory compliance and contractor management.

Experience managing both technical and soft FM services, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Degree-level qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline, IWFM, Lean Six Sigma or Lead Auditor qualifications would be advantageous.
