Crow Wood is a prestigious 4-star hotel renowned for its exceptional guest service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waitress/Waiter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly.
- Provide menu guidance and make recommendations.
- Ensure tables are kept clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Process payments and handle transactions securely.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and follow all food safety procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle any queries or concerns.
