We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential developments, delivering exceptional property management services while building strong relationships with residents, clients, developers, and contractors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded property professional looking to take ownership of a substantial portfolio within a growing and professional organisation. The role offers a blend of office, site, and home-based working, providing genuine flexibility while maintaining a high level of client service.
Salary between £70,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring all sites are maintained to the highest standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders, residents, Resident Management Companies (RMCs), and clients.
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets and expenditure in line with statutory and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and produce detailed reports with recommendations.
- Oversee major works projects and planned maintenance programmes.
- Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and health and safety requirements.
- Chair and attend resident, client, and board meetings as required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including health and safety, fire safety, building safety, and lease obligations.
- Handle escalated complaints and complex property management matters professionally and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and portfolio performance.
- Support and mentor junior members of the property management team where required.
