We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT team. The role involves working with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyse processes and translate them into clear technical and functional requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Liaise with clients, developers, project managers and stakeholders.
- Analyse and improve existing business processes.
- Prepare user stories, process flows and requirement documents.
- Support development, testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify issues, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of Agile/SDLC methodologies.
- Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
