Job Summary
We are seeking to fine dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our childcare team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, supporting their early development and learning. Our roles offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and progress within a dynamic setting focused on early childhood education. Our Nursery Practitioners will work closely with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care and educational provision are maintained.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to the developmental needs of children in accordance with nursery policies and early childhood education frameworks.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and organised activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Foster a warm, welcoming environment that promotes positive behaviour and social skills among children.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that support individual learning goals.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behaviour, and any concerns.
- Assist in organising daily routines and ensuring the nursery environment remains clean, safe, and stimulating.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in managing behavioural issues with patience and professionalism.

Pay: £13.11-£14.54 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
