The Role
As a Telesales & Customer Support Executive, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to quotation and sale. Alongside sales, you'll also provide administrative support to ensure work is scheduled efficiently and customers receive an outstanding experience from start to finish.
This is a varied role that offers full in-house training, making it suitable for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and looking to develop a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers who have enquired about our services through our website and advertising campaigns.
- Respond to inbound enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and present quotations for our products and services.
- Follow up enquiries and maximise every sales opportunity.
- Maintain accurate customer records using our in-house CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and assist with route planning where required.
- Carry out general administrative duties to support the business.
- Work closely with management to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, confident on the telephone, and enjoys speaking to people.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous telesales, sales, customer service or office experience essential.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems or learning new software.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- A willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities.
- A positive, target-driven mindset.

Our advertised starting salary represents the minimum expected earnings based on achieving the sales targets that are already being consistently delivered from the volume of enquiries we generate. High performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings.

- Monday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Tuesday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Wednesday: Day Off
- Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Friday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm
- Sunday: Day Off
