About the Role:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who can support the continuous improvement of our business processes, products, and operational performance by ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved.
You will work closely with technology, engineering, operations, project delivery, and customer support teams to evaluate processes, identify improvement opportunities, verify compliance with internal standards, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality services. You will also participate in testing activities, audits, documentation reviews, and performance analysis to help maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Activities:
Review operational processes, products, and project deliverables to ensure they meet established quality standards and business requirements.
Testing and Validation:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation procedures for business systems, applications, and operational processes.
Defect Management:
Identify, document, prioritise, and track defects while working with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
Process Evaluation:
Assess existing workflows and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and consistency.
Compliance Monitoring:
Verify compliance with internal policies, documented procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality management standards.
Documentation Review:
Review specifications, procedures, reports, user documentation, and quality records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Performance Analysis:
Analyse quality metrics, testing results, operational data, and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Audit Support:
Assist with internal quality audits, corrective action plans, follow-up activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, engineers, analysts, developers, and operational teams to support successful project delivery.
Reporting:
Prepare quality assurance reports, testing summaries, defect statistics, compliance findings, and management updates.
Continuous Improvement:
Support quality improvement initiatives by identifying root causes, recommending solutions, and monitoring implementation outcomes.
Risk Identification:
Identify quality risks throughout projects and operational activities while helping teams implement preventive measures.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, software testing, business process improvement, compliance, or operational quality management.
Quality Standards Knowledge:
Understanding of quality management principles, testing methodologies, documentation practices, and continuous improvement techniques.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and solving complex problems.
Attention to Detail:
Excellent attention to detail when reviewing documentation, testing applications, analysing reports, and validating results.
Technical Skills:
Confidence using Microsoft Excel and experience working with reporting systems, quality management tools, or issue tracking platforms.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Organisation:
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines.
Problem Solving:
Able to investigate issues thoroughly, determine root causes, and recommend effective corrective actions.
