Summary
'Sales Admin/ Customer Service Administrator' is a vital role at Greenleaf Hygiene Solutions, responsible for supporting sales processes and delivering outstanding customer service. Based in Scotland, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to a company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
' Manage sales administration tasks to ensure smooth order processing.
- Answering telephone calls and diverting to the relevant team.
- Data entry regarding amendments to and processing of contracts in our CRM system.
- Working closely with our sales team regarding contracts and their amendments in our system and arranging installation.
- Liaising with clients regards contract amendments that have been actioned and ensuring the amendments are followed through to the service department and credit control department as required.
- Liaising with clients regards changes to contracts and products on site
- Running monthly commission reports from our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software and other tools.
- Support the sales team with administrative duties.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Assist in managing client accounts and follow-up activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes.'},{

- Strong Attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- A very high standard of MS Office skills (word/Excel/Outlook)
- Confident and effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and understanding of prioritising tasks set
- Analytically minded.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Polite and friendly manner
- Experience with working with a CRM system
Full training will be given.
We would like to hear from people who would be happy working within a friendly fast paced office environment and happy to be "hands on" with any task that presents itself.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 9 to 5pm and Friday 9 to 3pm. Hours are flexible for the correct candidate.
Salary is dependent on experience.
