Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Window Cleaner / Exterior Cleaning Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all exterior surfaces are cleaned to a high standard, enhancing the appearance of residential and commercial properties. This could range from Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Softwashing & Roof Cleaning.
This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will interact with a variety of clients while performing your duties.
The candidate will be provided a fully-kitted out window cleaning van, with all expenses paid for once passed the training phase.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a streak-free finish.
- Safely operate ladders and other equipment to access high or hard-to-reach windows.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and work areas.
- Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
Skills / Requirements
- Full, Clean and Valid driving licence to travel between jobs
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and address their concerns professionally.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism in all tasks.
- Ability to deal with change, and be able to take on new clients when added into the rounds.
- Candidate is happy to travel as we cover a widespread radius around Cornwall and parts of Devon
