THE ROLE
We're seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator who is also a GDC-registered dental nurse to join our team full time, working our full practice hours Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm, with a 6.30pm finish on Wednesdays). Please only apply if you can commit to these hours in full. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable link between our patients and their treatment, guiding them from first enquiry through consultation, treatment planning, and beyond.
Day to day, you will:
* Welcome new and existing patients and lead treatment coordination consultations
* Take iTero digital scans and use them to bring treatment options to life for patients
* Explain treatment plans, timescales, and costs clearly, honestly, and without pressure
* Present finance and payment plan options, including our 0% finance offering
* Support nervous patients with patience and reassurance throughout their journey
* Follow up enquiries and consultations, keeping every patient informed and cared for
* Play a key part in our practice open days (held on weekdays), showcasing treatments and welcoming prospective patients
* Provide dental nursing support to the clinical team as needed
* Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant patient records
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential:
* Current GDC registration (dental nurse)
* Previous experience as a treatment coordinator in a dental practice
* Confident, hands-on experience using the iTero intraoral scanner
* A warm, empathetic manner, especially with nervous or anxious patients
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and honestly
* Strong organisation and follow-up habits
* Full availability across our practice opening hours, Monday to Friday. This is a full-time role, and hours are set by the needs of the practice and our patients
Desirable:
* Experience supporting cosmetic, implant, or Invisalign treatment journeys
* Familiarity with patient finance and dental plan conversations
* Experience in a private practice setting
