The club offers a premium feel with 7 indoor courts and wellness activities. Facilities include padel courts, spa, gym, pilates studio, bar/cafe, ample car parking, changing rooms, work from home space and retail shop.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Club Manager to oversee daily business operations, drive customer satisfaction and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, leadership qualities and a proven track record working within a fast paced, busy sports club environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes aligned with company objectives
- Lead and motivate your team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, performance and productivity
- Control budgets to meet targets
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and customer base
- Manage events from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that increase revenue streams
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for executive leadership
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and teamwork
Requirements
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide staff toward achieving organisational goals
- Proven experience in management, with demonstrated success in supervising teams and hosting events.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder and customer engagement
- Background in customer relationship management within the sports, wellness or hospitality industries.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
