Location: Between Mintlaw and Peterhead
PAY: Living wage
Shifts: Daytime starting at 7am
Key responsibilities:
· Help us make delicious yogurt!
· Prepare and pack food products according to production specifications
· Check products and packaging for quality and presentation
· Ensure correct date codes, batch numbers and labels are applied
· Follow company procedures for food safety, hygiene and allergen control
· Follow production schedules and meet targets
· Complete production/ packing records accurately
· Work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues when required
· Maintain a clean and tidy workstation
What We’re Looking For:
- Team players with a positive, can-do attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
Nice to have:
· Previous experience in food production, manufacturing and packing
· Food hygiene certificate
· Experience working to production targets
· Knowledge of HACCP and allergen controls
Please note: Own transport is required as we are not on a bus route.
