One of my existing clients is looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join their Energy and Infrastructure division. This is a permanent, office-based role in Newcastle upon Tyne, offering £28,000 to £30,000 per year. You'll be working US hours (12:00 to 20:00 GMT), which means you'll be collaborating with a dynamic international team from day one. Preferred Requirements
- Recent graduate with a genuine interest in recruitment

- Enthusiasm for the energy and infrastructure sectors, or willingness to learn quickly
- Reliable and available to work US hours consistently
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Any prior experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales is advantageous
- Familiarity with recruitment software or CRM platforms is a plus
