NG Smiles is a modern, boutique dental practice in Central London, focused on providing exceptional, personalised patient care in a warm and professional environment.
We are looking for a friendly, polished and organised Dental Receptionist to join our growing team.
The Role
Initially part-time on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the opportunity to build up to full-time hours as the practice grows.
The ideal candidate will be confident, professional and able to multitask and prioritise in a busy dental environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming and looking after patients
- Answering calls and managing patient enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Responding to emails and WhatsApp messages
- Taking payments and handling patient queries
- Liaising with dentists, nurses and the wider team
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception
About You
- Previous dental reception experience preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Warm, friendly and professional manner
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Confident using computer systems and learning new software
- Reliable, proactive and a strong team player
- Smart and professional presentation
