We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to take charge of a busy, high-quality coffee shop on a prestigious site in Llangunnor, Carmarthen.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in delivering exceptional food, drinks, and service — all while working independently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running the daily front- and back-of-house operations
- Delivering warm, professional service to every customer
- Preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold food, as well as barista-standard coffee and beverages
- Keeping all areas clean, organised, and welcoming
- Following all food hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Managing stock, supplies, and maintaining excellent presentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a café, hospitality, or food service environment
- Confident/experienced barista skills and a passion for great coffee
- Comfortable and capable working independently
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- A genuine love for food, service, and customer care
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods
The Details:
- Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: £25,480.00 per year
