POSITION: Senior Care Assistant
RESPONSIBLE TO: Home Manager
JOB SUMMARY
To provide a high standard of resident care in the home ensuring the safe and effective running of he home and managing staff levels during absence
To provide a safe and caring environment that promotes independence underpins the residents’ physical, emotional and psychological well-being.
Manage stock and administration and safe handling of medication ensuring medical assistance is sourced were required o ensure the health and well being of the individuals residing at Springfield Care Home
MUST Have NVQ/Diploma Level 3 required and Safe Handling in Medication certificate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
