Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part Time Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team in Weymouth. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a key member of our coffee shop, you will contribute to the overall success of our business by delivering high-quality beverages and snacks while maintaining cleanliness and organisation.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies.
- Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee shop, including the seating area and service counters.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Support team members in daily tasks and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:

No formal education required; however, a passion for coffee and customer service is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. 15 hours per week.
