The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join Delta Academies Trust as Director of Operations, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team to shape and deliver a wide range of education and support projects across the Trust.
You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and leading strategically important areas including:
- Income generation (lettings, events and café provision)
- Procurement and tendering, including identifying funding opportunities
- Catering services
- Marketing, communications and brand delivery
You will ensure these functions operate as commercially aware, value-for-money services that are fully aligned to the Trust’s strategic priorities.
This is a pivotal leadership role with significant influence over the Trust’s operational efficiency and long-term sustainability, with a direct impact on improving outcomes for our students.

Package
- Salary: Leadership Range L10-L14 (£64,690 to £71,329 FTE)
- Contract: Full time, permanent
- Hours: 37 hours per week, all year round
