A new kind of orthodontic clinic is opening in Winchester. Aline Specialists is building its founding nursing team.
ABOUT ALINE SPECIALISTS
Aline Specialists is a specialist-only orthodontic practice opening on Bridge Street, Winchester. The practice was created to bring a different level of orthodontic expertise to the city — one built on specialist-only care, advanced aligner planning and real international clinical recognition.
The clinical team is led by internationally recognised specialist orthodontists who are among the most experienced clear aligner clinicians in the UK and Europe. They lecture internationally, treat highly complex cases and deliver one of the country’s leading clear aligner training programmes for other orthodontists and dentists.
The result is a working environment that is rare in private practice: a genuinely specialist-led, modern clinic that values quality, precision and collaboration above volume.
THE ROLE
As a qualified Dental Nurse or Orthodontic Nurse, you'll work side by side with the founding clinical team, supporting adults and teenagers through their orthodontic journeys — including a high volume of Invisalign and complex orthodontic cases.
Orthodontic Nurse
A full-time, clinically focused chairside role in a brand-new, specialist-only orthodontic environment. The day-to-day involves:
- Chairside support across consultations, aligner fittings, fixed appliance treatment and review appointments
- Supporting digital workflows, including iTero scanning and digital radiography
- Maintaining high standards of decontamination and infection control, and contributing to shared CQC compliance across the team
- Caring for patients before, during and after treatment, with generous appointment times built around clinical quality
- Working within a small, close-knit team where every nurse contributes to the patient experience
WHAT WE OFFER
- A competitive salary, dependent on experience
- A permanent, full-time employed (PAYE) position
- A brand-new specialist surgery in central Winchester, designed and equipped from scratch
- The opportunity to work alongside one of the UK’s leading specialist aligner teams
- Generous appointment times — built around clinical quality, not throughput
- Uniform provided
- Ongoing professional development and exposure to advanced aligner workflows
- A clear pathway for growth as the practice expands
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Aline Specialists is looking for nurses who are genuinely excited to be part of the start of something special. The right candidate will be:
- GDC registered, with valid indemnity
- Confident, calm and unhurried with patients
- Aligned with the practice’s values: quality, precision and collaboration
- Excited by the idea of a specialist-only environment, and by working alongside a clinically ambitious team
You need to hold a recognised dental nursing qualification, an active GDC registration and ideally previous experience in private or specialist practice. Orthodontic experience is welcome but not essential — full training will be provided. (This role is for qualified nurses only; trainee positions are not available at this time.)
