Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food production
- Lead food preparation and cooking activities, maintaining consistency and presentation standards
- work together and help motivate other kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth
- Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely serving of orders and guest satisfaction
- Help to Develop new menu items, recipes, and specials to keep offerings fresh and exciting
- Monitor inventory levels, and control food costs effectively
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong background in food production, culinary techniques, and food preparation
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Extensive kitchen experience with a focus on cooking excellence and hospitality standards
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in restaurant environments
- Excellent communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members
- Prior restaurant kitchen experience essential.
