We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to become part of our expanding residential lettings team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
You'll be involved in every stage of the lettings journey, helping applicants find their next home while supporting landlords through the letting process.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with prospective tenants to understand their property requirements.
- Booking and conducting accompanied property viewings.
- Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and applicants.
- Providing regular updates and advice throughout the lettings process.
- Building long-term relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients.
- Proactively generating new landlord instructions and business opportunities.
- Following up enquiries and converting leads into successful lets.
Compliance & Administration
You'll also play an important part in ensuring every tenancy progresses smoothly by:
- Preparing tenancy paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Keeping applicant and property records fully updated.
- Ensuring all documentation meets current legal and company compliance standards.
- Remaining up to date with changes to UK lettings legislation and best practice.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience within residential lettings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and professional approach to negotiations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a successful team.
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- ARLA qualifications are welcomed but not essential.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Access to your own vehicle for appointments and property viewings.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 10:00am – 1:00pm

Pay: £25,520.00-£30,000.00 per year
