We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Duties
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational objectives.
- Manage recruitment processes using ATS platforms such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft to attract top talent.
- Supervise the onboarding process for new employees and coordinate training programmes.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring effective communication between staff and management.
- Utilise HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and generate data analysis reports for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular reviews of HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
- Provide guidance on management practices, including supervision techniques and leadership development programmes.
- Deliver presentations on HR-related topics to management teams and staff as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
- Demonstrable management experience, including supervising teams or projects.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; data analysis skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with ATS systems for talent acquisition processes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in managing employee relations and implementing organisational change initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications in human resources or management are preferred but not essential.
