We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join our busy and friendly salon in Northfield, Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident stylist who is skilled in cutting, colouring, styling, and delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking someone who is motivated, professional, and eager to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and finishing
- Deliver professional consultations and personalised recommendations
- Build and maintain a loyal client base
- Ensure high standards of customer care and professionalism
- Support junior team members where appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Hairdressing (or equivalent)
- Hair Extensions qualification desirable but not essential
- Previous salon experience as a qualified stylist
- Strong colouring and cutting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
