We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Nail Technician Trainer who is flexible, organised, exceptionally reliable and able to deliver our Complete Nail Technician Training Course predominantly in the Midlands, such as Birmingham, Coventry & Leicester (Additional locations available).
Part-time opportunities of 3 -4 days per week (9.30am - 6pm per day), 1 - 2 weeks per month available, depending on whether you wish to work locally only or are willing to travel approx up to 2 hours from your home address and stay away from home to deliver training (hotel accommodation provided and mileage paid).
You will exude a passion for nails with the ability to motivate and encourage others.
The Essentials
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Nail Industry
- Teaching qualification desirable but full training will be provided
- Full UK driving license
- Reliability
- Own car and the ability to travel is essential
You will train groups of between 8-14 students in nail technician techniques;
- Course content includes manicure, pedicure, gel, extensions, gel polish, basic nail art, acrylic extensions, sculpting and e-file.
- Working to specific lesson plans you will deliver practical `hands on' nail technician training and ensure students gain a full understanding of the anatomy of hands, feet and nails.
- You will possess the ability to adapt your training techniques to accommodate differing learning styles.
- You will assist students by imparting industry knowledge and experience in regards to practical techniques, as well as recommended products and providers.
- Commission based upselling is available, giving Trainers the opportunity to increase earnings substantially.
