ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR
An exciting opportunity has become available to work with our Activities Team within Harbour Care, a cutting edge care facility as an Activity Coordinator.
The role will be challenging, rewarding, and no two days will be the same.
You will be providing care and delivering personalised activities to our diverse clientele residents, within Harbour Care. This will involve embracing technology, maintaining the residents skills, and helping them develop new skills.
You will need to be outgoing,creative, inspiring with a great sense of humour, and empathetic. This will enable you to create a fantastic relationship with our residents and their families, and to build relationships within the local community.
Ideally, you will have experience in working in a care environment, and a SVQ Level 2, or equivalent. You must be able to work as part of a team, and autonomously.
The ability to drive a minibus would be advantageous.
Post will be subject to three satisfactory References and a PVG.
