About Us
We are a fast-growing and ambitious letting agency with an expanding portfolio of residential properties. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Viewing Agent to join our team.
This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, being out on the road, and playing a key part in delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
- Carry out tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Complete routine property inspections
- Prepare and distribute relevant documentation
- Report maintenance issues and general property feedback
- Support the office team with general ad hoc duties as required
- Ensure high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, well-presented and confident
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Previous lettings or property experience desirable but not essential (training provided)
