We’re seeking to recruit a committed Deputy Manager to work in our family run nursing home based at Stoke, Plymouth. An NVQ 4/5 or willingness to work towards.The Deputy will work closely alongside the Registered Manager to provide high quality care and strong leadership.You will be part of the management team ensuring the service is audited and monitored in line with CQC Regulations.Above all we want someone that shares our values:

The Deputy will be expected to work a variety of hours depending on the needs of the business, including day shift, afternoons, weekends. This is to ensure the smooth running of the home. This role will be a mixture of floor based and office based, depending on the requirements of the home and the Registered Manager.There is a large support system within the home including support from two sister homes and a Compliance and Service Improvement Manager. We like to focus on upskilling our staff and providing them with opportunities and experience.We will give you all the training and support you need, such as obtaining a qualification in health and social care and there is an opportunity for progression.
