We require a proactive sales administrator to work full time for our medical sales and servicing business in Foundry Lane, Horsham.
This is an exciting and interesting opportunity for someone looking for a varied role to be involved in several aspects of sales administration, including order processing, following up sales leads, engaging with new customers via email and phone and dealing with customer questions. Experience is not necessary as full training will be given but a desire to learn and succeed is crucial. Salary is dependent on experience.
This role will provide an interesting challenge to the right candidate.
The role:
- Processing and checking sales orders/invoicing
- Following up sales enquires
- Supporting the sales & service team with enquiries
- Sending proforma invoices for non-credit account holders
- Updating customers on the status of their orders
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Keeping our in-house database system up to date
The ideal candidate will be able to offer the following:
- Have a confident and positive attitude to work
- Be extremely computer literate, with a good knowledge of word and excel
- A very confident telephone manner - able to engage with customers
- Fast typing speed
- Good eye for detail
- Be highly organised
- GCSE Math and English (Grade C or 4)
- Willingness to help where required and be able to prioritise workload
