We're recruiting a
Floating Branch Manager to support a number of successful branches across the Whitstable and North Kent area. This is an ideal role for a proven Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Negotiator ready to step into management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams to success.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting and managing multiple branches as required
Driving residential sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service
Coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
Winning instructions and growing market share
Maintaining high operational and compliance standards
We're looking for:
Previous estate agency management experience
A strong track record of generating business and achieving targets
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Package:
£30,000 Basic Salary
£45,000 - £55,000 Realistic OTE
Mileage/expenses where applicable
