About The Role
We are recruiting for Female Part Time Personal Assistant’s to work with our client who has an Acquired Brain Injury and other complex needs, living in their own home in the Seaton area.
Working to build a professional, working relationship and supporting them with their activities of daily living, in social and leisure activities at home or in the community.
You will be working with our client on a 1:1 basis.
A Full UK Driving license is essential for this role.
You must be comfortable around dogs.
This post will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
Hours of Work:
6:45am – 9:45pm (Mon – Sun)
Between 6:45am - 8am and 8pm - 9:45pm is paid at a Night rate.
Rates of Pay:
£18.00 per hour – Days (Mon – Fri)
£19.50 per hour – Days (Sat – Sun)
£19.00 per hour – Night rate (Mon – Fri)
£20.50 per hour – Night Rate (Sat – Sun)
£13.50 per hour – Training Rate
About You:
Required
- You must have a Full UK Driving License
- Non smoking as requested by the client (Vaping allowed)
- You must be comfortable around dogs, the client has x2 small dogs at the home
- You must be flexible in approach to meet the needs of the client
- You must have experience working in a care setting role
Desirable
- Registered on the DBS Update Service
- Working with ABI is preferred, but specialist training will be provided
