Duties
- Provide thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and retreat facilities in accordance with health standards
- Assist with laundry services, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces to ensure a hygienic environment
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Collaborate with Chef in setting up for meals and organising kitchen and stock
- Assist with guests if needed
- Help set up spaces for wellness activities, workshops, or special events as required
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
Experience
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with guest service standards
- Cleaning experience that highlights attention to detail and efficiency in maintaining cleanliness
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines
