We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that foster a positive learning environment for children aged 4 to 11 years. Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons across various subjects in accordance with the curriculum.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and supports diverse learning needs.
- Manage student behaviour effectively through positive behaviour management strategies.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Organise and supervise activities that promote social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support student well-being and educational success.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and behavioural incidents.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are adhered to within the classroom and school premises.
Skills
- Proven experience or strong interest in early childhood education or primary teaching roles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong behaviour management abilities to maintain a disciplined yet nurturing classroom environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Organised with the capacity to plan lessons efficiently and manage classroom resources effectively.

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
