We’re looking for a bank Early Years Teacher to join our Haddenham Day Nursery on a flexi/bank basis! The nursery opened in September 2021 and benefits from good public transport links by train and car, based 6 miles from Aylesbury and just 7 miles east of the M40 junction 7, and there is plenty of onsite parking. It's close to local amenities, including a small supermarket right next door! The nursery features 5 lovely rooms across two floors and is bright and modern with a large garden area and an external balcony area with fantastic views!

The Role:
Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds!
Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
What we’re looking for:
Hold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification
Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both colleagues and parents
Ability to be flexible and adaptable
