New Resource Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Production Line Leader on a fixed-term contract basis to join a successful food manufacturing business in Westbury.

The Role
You'll be responsible for leading a production line, ensuring daily production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll support and motivate your team while maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and organise a team of production operatives.
- Ensure production targets, quality and customer standards are achieved.
- Monitor line performance, efficiency and waste.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Support line changeovers and cleaning activities.
- Identify and resolve production issues quickly.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Promote a safe working environment and high housekeeping standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Production Line Leader, Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Background in food manufacturing, FMCG or a similar production environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and GMP.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure.
Desirable
- Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene.
- Experience within chilled food or dairy manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.
