Dulas Court in Ewyas Harold is looking for a passionate experienced Head Cook or Chef who enjoys preparing delicious, comforting food to join our friendly kitchen team.

Food plays an important role in the daily lives of our residents. We are looking for someone who enjoys cooking fresh, traditional, home-style meals that bring comfort and enjoyment to every day.
At Dulas Court good nutrition plays a vital role in supporting residents’ wellbeing, and the meals you prepare will help residents feel nourished, supported and able to live well each day.
We take real pride in our food. From traditional roast dinners, homemade soups, cakes and puddings to occasional fine-dining touches, our kitchen creates meals that residents genuinely enjoy. Alongside main meals, we also prepare high-calorie, high-protein snacks throughout the day and night to support residents’ nutrition, recovery and wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For
- A genuine love of cooking good food
- Kitchen, catering or strong home cooking experience
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 preferred – training available)
- Ability to prepare nutritious and balanced meals
- Experience catering for dietary requirements and modified diets is helpful
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
