Our Seaham site is at the heart of our operations, and we’re currently recruiting multiple Production Operatives and Senior Production Operatives as part of an exciting period of growth.

The Roles
We have opportunities across our production teams, including Production Operatives and Senior Production Operatives.
As a Production Operative (including Mixing):
- Prepare and mix products to set specifications and production plans
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and housekeeping
- Ensure continuous supply to production lines
- Complete batch sheets and production records accurately
- Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures
As a Senior Production Operative:
- Support day-to-day production activities across the line
- Ensure products are made to specification and food safety standards
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and cleanliness across the area
- Act as a role model for safe working practices
- Report issues, non-conformances and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For

For Senior Production Operator roles:
- Previous experience in a production or supervisory environment is preferred
