We’re looking for an aspiring Chef Apprentice to join our team
Throughout this apprenticeship, you will work with an experienced head chef in a fun, and ambitious environment. As the course progresses, you will develop your knowledge, skills and behaviour - learning the fundamental principles that are key to building a successful career as a professional chef.
You’ll practice your new skills while at work, with the full support of the Head Chef. As you develop, you'll become proficient at working with top quality fresh local produce, play a hands-on role in prepping and cooking our dishes to the required specification, whilst maintaining consistency. You will learn how to adapt your approach and work flexibly while under pressure.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll be gaining first hand experience of the working practices of an efficient kitchen. Your practical lessons, along with the experience you will gain as part of a commercial kitchen team, will enable you to gain a nationally recognised qualification.
The hours of work will include weekends as well as weekdays and time off for College.

Pay: From £8.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
